It will be back to school soon and time to think about continuing your professional development! There will be no better time than this fall! Why? Because Jim McIntyre will be leading the classes for the LAST time. Truly! He is not going to do a \"Brett Farve!\" He really is going to retire. In preparation for his retirement, we have a new faculty of instructors who will be teaching with Jim to assure his legacy of the very best credit education is continued.

What do you do when a commercial account is past due, but the purchaser wants to continue buying from you? One common way to bring an account up-to-date is to use a promissory note. But if not written well, or other protections are not considered, even a promissory note can end up being just another hollow promise.
